Our Story
Resident Dev grew out of seeing the same problem again and again. A business had good ideas and real work to do, but hiring a full development team made no sense. Their other options often felt too temporary, too expensive, or too hard to manage.
The name describes how we work. We learn the business, get to know the people, and stay close enough to understand why the work matters. You get someone who feels like part of the team, without adding another full-time role.
We work with new companies making their first product and established teams replacing something that no longer works. Either way, we keep the communication direct, the code tidy, and the work focused on something useful.
